The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The room and location are great. The only complaint would be that the TV needs an update! TV’s are really cheap these days. A smart TV with app capabilities is kind of essential for relaxing on vacation. But I would recommend the room to anyone.

I definitely loved it. Hotel was nice. Only thing that was a bit frustrating was how much the room smell like cigarettes. We bought and left a can of Febreze in there for the next person.
