You can't beat the view or the location.We arrived early and we were able to check in which was AMAZING as it was my daughter's 26th birthday celebration weekend. Arial and Nikki are amazing souls..

Room was run down and not cleaned properly after previous guest. Previous guest left 2 huge stains on the rug in 2 different areas and housekeeping left dirty rags in the bathroom from trying to clean. They were quick to remove the dirty rag but still. At this point we accepted it was just what it was and moved on. Around 8pm we pulled the Murphy bed down to use it and it was filthy from previous guest and covered in dog hair. Nikki to the rescue for after hours . She brought fresh bedding so "WE" were able to make the bed and she vacuumed all the dog hair that went everywhere. Like I said Nikki and Arial were AMAZING.. DAY 2 we decided to buy food to cook in the room. Well that ended up a disaster as the cupboard with all pots and pans in it was beyond gross. Everything had to be washed before using it . I went to the office the day after arrival and Arial was able to at least get our cleaning fee back from management and I was told they weren't in with the holiday but she had requested they call me back. Well that has yet to happen even after I have given grace for 4 business days not a peep. I was told by the office staff I wouldn't get any compensation for the trip because we stayed and didn't leave. Umm I spent hundreds of dollars to stay here I didn't have money to go rent something else on a pretty much sold out holiday weekend and was not taking my poor kid home when we were there to celebrate her.. Long story short management sucks and if it wasn't for Arial and Nikki I'd give this place a zero ⭐ review.
