Easy beach access and dog friendly.

Parking is a bit tight. To be fair, it says in the description so it was not a surprise.

We loved the whole stay. The staff is amazing.

The bed was not very comfortable. Nothing wrong with it just not soft.

Great location. Comfy bed. Nice kitchenette. The room is slightly larger than a regular hotel room, so that was nice. Very nice refrigerator and the room had all the miscellaneous appliances and pots and pans.

There were number of minor things. The chairs and the lighting in the room were poor. The extra table did not have a light next to it, and the chairs were hard plastic scoop chairs that you could stack. The cupboards in the kitchenette were hard to open. I almost broke my fingernails a couple times trying to get at them. They could use some handles or some new doors. In the bathroom I would’ve expected a tub rather than a shower at a place in this cost range. Also, the bathroom could use a good scrub. There were spots on the shower curtain and the seam in the tub surround had a minor amount of mildew. it was a stormy day and I was thinking about getting in the hot tub, but I couldn’t get the door to unlock. Lastly, the price point was a big item to get my attention, but it was deceptive. Until the last step that you realize there’s an $80 cleaning fee on top of the regular room charge.
