Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool, as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi and an easy beach access staircase on the property.

Also known as "The Wishing Shell", Unit 303 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite located 30 steps up on the top floor. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

We were so happy to find a spot to watch the dramatic weather. Important bonus was that it is dog friendly. As a designer I spent hours thinking about what I would do to add to the charm, but it was serviceable, warm, and convenient.

The carpet and bedding just seemed really old as did the furniture. There were also chettos left in the sofa and candy trash behind the murphy bed.
