This privately owned, oceanfront condo is located 30 steps up on the top floor, with a balcony for taking in the view. It sleeps up to 4, with a King bed in the bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room. There's also a kitchen stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. Guests can access the beach from an easy staircase on the property, or they also can use the HOA-maintained pool and commercial grade Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Our balcony was a great place to watch the kite festival. It was everything we needed for our stay. Parking is tight, but we had a spot when we needed one.

It was a lovely visit, the weather was chillier than I expected, but the beach and the condo was splendid

The unit was clean and we had a lovely view with our own balcony and Adirondack chairs! We slept in the living room Murphy bed so we could see the water and sleep hearing the waves but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. Perhaps it's personal preference but it was so hard that I kept waking up with an ache in my hips. There was an actual bedroom with another bed but we didn't sleep in there so we have no idea about the comfort level of that one was.The bathroom was clean, had plenty of towels and was a good size.
