Do not rent this location

House had a kitchen

I asked several times for the location of the property it was after the check in time that I finally got the person to respond to then tell me I had to fill out a rental agreement even though I asked them if I need to do do anything prior. And this was a week before we arrived. The location says it’s a four minute walk and it’s across the street from the beach. It’s actually a 15 minute walk if not longer on a narrow road and that is up and down steep hills. I wouldn’t rent this location again due to the fact that it is not convenient to get to the beach. If you have kids, it’s dangerous to walk and the location makes you clean the house prior to leaving or they threaten you with a additional cleaning fee, but don’t specify what that cleaning fee addition would be. I feel like I should get my cleaning fee back since I pretty much had to leave the house spotless. How do I have rented a hotel I would’ve left it in a nice condition. I wouldn’t have to strip the beds. I wouldn’t have to do the laundry , etc. and I would’ve been closer to the beach then with those houses. I am pissed that the location specifies that it’s a 2 to 4 minute walk with an ocean view there’s a sliver of an ocean view and as stated it is at the very least a 10 to 15 minute walk up and down steep narrow roads .

Passable

This house needs to be fixed up,the the fireplace fell apart and we did not use it. The ice maker didn't work. No good cooking pans, side tables are dangerous and are falling apart. This house is not walking distance to the beach. The park they have pictured is in a different neighborhood. The picture they put on here is not what the house looks like right now. Pictures need updated. Door handles falling off when using the door. They say dog friendly but there is no grass in the yard. Not happy with this place and I would not choose to go back.

very clean and the location was wonderful close to the beach. Also liked having two bathrooms and three bedrooms.

We had a wonderful stay that was comfortable and quiet - a great getaway for our family of 4.

I liked that it was a private house. It was great to have the two downstairs bedrooms for the kids and the upstairs near the kitchen for the adults. Great Kitchen with most of what you would need to cook basic meals.

The Wifi was spotty in the basement rooms. I would have preferred to be able to walk to the beach - but to compromise having the house on the cliff allowed for a better view. There was only one spatula - which was fine we worked with it, but given dietary restrictions it made things a little tricky for making some meals.

Beautiful place but needed more cleaning and maintenance. I let them know by text that mini blinds were broken, hideabed broken, saw broken glass on driveway, found an extra key hidden to house next to planter (yikes!), upstairs toilet hard to flush. Again great place and location but needed better maintenance.

Superb

The location was really nice and the house was fun to stay at.

All of the blinds on the 3 sliding glass doors were broken and one bed was broken.

Overall was a nice, little house & enjoyed our stay.

Lots of minor household items need fixed. Could use better cleaning especially the floor upstairs & carpet is old. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, too old to be kept in a vacation home.
