The location is superb! The size of the room is great, the staff responsiveness, they helped with everything i needed, also having a coffee machine and some treats are a plus.
only one minor thing is that there is no reception available 24 hours.

Very central, clean and presentable. Ideal location in the old town of Funchal. Had a small problem with the shower, but it was fixed quickly, and in my opinion that is great customer service. It’s an ideal place to stay if you want to do day trips, which I did a few of. You have a coffee machine too and a fridge.

Central location. Clean
Unexpected deposit of 100€ in case I used something from the mini bar. On reflection I would not have paid this. I incurred two lots of admin fees. One to pay and one for the refund. The room had the wires in the ceiling for a smoke alarm but no smoke alarm. Lots of cigarette butts outside on the window ledge.
