Loved the location, close to the Cathedral and within easy walking distance of everything. The room looked out onto a leafy street. It was comfortable and we had everything we needed for one night. Loved the Madeira left in the room.
Hy husband’s key did not work to access the property when he returned at night and no one answered the telephone. Luckily, he was able to contact me and my key worked.

Central location. Clean
Unexpected deposit of 100€ in case I used something from the mini bar. On reflection I would not have paid this. I incurred two lots of admin fees. One to pay and one for the refund. The room had the wires in the ceiling for a smoke alarm but no smoke alarm. Lots of cigarette butts outside on the window ledge.
