Friendly staff on booking and check out, nice facilities, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bedding. Modern decor. Fantastic location
Some noise from other guests coming and going. Other (small points): Would like a small bin in kicltchen. There is one small window in apartment so not alot of natural light... this cant be helped!

Central location. Clean
Unexpected deposit of 100€ in case I used something from the mini bar. On reflection I would not have paid this. I incurred two lots of admin fees. One to pay and one for the refund. The room had the wires in the ceiling for a smoke alarm but no smoke alarm. Lots of cigarette butts outside on the window ledge.
