Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días visitando Siracusa y alrededores. Encontramos aparcamiento justo en la puerta todos los días, está a 12 min andando de ortigia, lo que es un plus para ir a cenar o pasear. Tener sombrilla, plancha, cafetera y cápsulas.
Es muy pequeño, y todo está en un mismo espacio, hay pocos utensilios de cocina, 2 cubiertos, 2 platos…lo que hace que tengas q estar fregando continuamente.

Die Lage ist perfekt. In 10 Minuten ist man auf der Halbinsel Ortigia und damit mitten im belebten Zentrum und der Altstadt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation war einfach und gut.
Leider hat die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Schon beim reingehen roch es nach Schimmel, im Bad waren an mehreren Stellen große Schimmelflecken an der Wand (gegenüber WC/Bidet + in der Dusche). Die Matratze war leider sehr weich und durchgelegen. Die Schlafposition hat man quasi durchgängig sehen können. Die kostenfreien Parkplätze sind super, wir empfehlen aber in der Mitte zu parken. Unser Mietwagen stand am Anfang direkt an einer kleinen Kreuzung und wurde von einem Rechtsabbieger so touchiert, dass man deutliche Macken und die Farbe des anderen am Auto sehen konnte.
