Sehr modern eingerichtet - Küche gut ausgestattet und Smart TV sowie kurzer Weg nach Ortigia rein. Leise aufgrund Wohnviertel.
Es war sehr feucht in den Räumen im Mörz und es roch muffig, so dass man lüften musste. Klimaanlage brauchte lange um Räume zu erwärmen - Fußboden sehr kalt - Dusche auch kalt vom Raum - warmes Wasser zum Duschen begrenzt - für zwei sehr knapp. Direkte EG Lage ebenerdig, so dass Fenster eigentlich geschlossen bleiben sollten. Ein Fenster nicht verdunkelbar (aber Milchglasfolie) daher nachts Lichteinfall.

This beautiful little apartment has everything you need. It is one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed. For us it was all the little details: shelves in the shower, an iron, little treats and chocolates left around the apartment and things like this. Cinzia went above and beyond to make sure this space was welcoming and full of Sicilian hospitality. The location was perfect - a quiet neighborhood with parking and an easy walk to sites and amenities. We hope to return.

Marvelous apartment! Freshly renovated, beautifully decorated and equipped apartment. It has all houseware needed, 2 bathrooms (which is great!) with towels and toiletries, 2 AC, perfectly cleaned and smelling delicious. Location is great, in calm area yet close to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and beaches/historical sites. Owner friendly and helpful, greeted us personally!
