About this apartment rental
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming apartment to 200 meters of the beach, of a surface of 26 m ² and being able to accomodate until 3 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. We are waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV and sofa.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with bunk beds composed of two double beds (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony of 5 m² exposed East to enjoy the beautiful days, accessible from the living room and the bedroom.
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
During your stay in Normandy, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities accessible on foot from the apartment: walks or bike rides on the promenade close to the apartment, at the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum, artificial harbor of Arromanches...
You can stroll to the market 2 times a week and the fish market every morning.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on a public parking space on the street.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Caen train station located at 30 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen airport located 30 minutes away by car.
