- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

- A 5 m² loggia, south-west facing, with dining area to enjoy the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Juno Beach landing museum and old Courseulles museum to visit
- Nautical centre
- Courseulles sur Mer beach, around 500 m away
- Walks and hikes
- Mini golf, cinema, municipal swimming pool and bowling alley
