Discover Courseulles-sur-Mer by staying in this beautiful and bright apartment of 34 m² located at only 100 m from the beach of Courseulles-sur-Mer and Juno Beach!
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers and is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed and an adjoining bathroom. Balcony with view on green areas.

The apartment:
- Bright living room thanks to its large bay window giving access to the balcony. The living room includes a sofa bed, coffee table, TV. Wifi in the whole apartment.
- Equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishes and cutlery...) open to the living room with its dining area equipped with a dining table and its 4 chairs.
- Bedroom with a double bed 140 cm x 190 cm, a desk and a closet
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink and towel dryer. WC
Outside :
- Balcony of 3 m x 1 m facing east to enjoy the morning sun, equipped with a wooden dining table and its 4 chairs
Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the landing beaches, you will find within a few meters all the essential shops as well as the best restaurants in the area.
The town of Courseulles sur Mer has a marina, around which you will find shops, including several restaurants. There are also two markets: a fish market in the harbor and a more general market near the town center. The nearest casino is in Saint Aubin, along the sea for 7 kilometers.
Activities :
During your getaway on the Normandy coast, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities accessible on foot from the apartment: walks or bike rides on the coast, at the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum...
On Tuesdays and Fridays, go to the very nice market in the center of Courseulles.

- By car: parking outside the residence, on the free public parking of the municipal swimming pool, located at 20 m from the apartment
- Bus near the residence
