About this apartment rental
We are offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 35 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a balcony.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with a shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- A north-facing balcony of 4.6 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
You’ll have the chance to enjoy a wide range of activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or cycle rides along the coast, a stroll along the marina, a sailing school, the market, fishing, a museum, a cinema, a casino, a visit to the Juno Beach Museum…
We recommend visiting the lovely market in the town centre, which takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private underground car park (1 vehicle), which has a remote-controlled gate and lift access to the different floors.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Caen station, a 30-minute drive away.
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet Airport, a 29-minute drive away.
Other notes:
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional charge of €15.
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided at an extra cost on request from the concierge service. Bed linen: €15 per bed; towels: €6 per person; tea towel: €2 per item; bath mat: €3 per item.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.

Sunan "🙂 Very nice apt located in a peaceful area. Well equipped, comfortable. It was nice that we got so called ""cleaning starter pack"" - no need to buy dish soap etc.
🙁 No iron. I was a bit confused about linien and towels order at first because I was not familiar with such a concierge system but in the end all went good."
