Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in Courseulles-sur-Mer in this flat, ideal for a family!
Located in a quiet area, it is close to the beach (500 m) and shops (800 m).
You'll have a lovely, bright living room with a sitting area, a dining area, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a loggia. Wifi included, bed linen and towels extra, we're waiting for you!
The flat:
Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a staircase, the flat is composed as follows:
Day area:
- Bright living area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and access to the balcony.
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and Krups - Dolce Gusto.... coffee machine.
- A loggia with 2 benches, table and chairs, ideal for a quiet moment.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and an additional bed (90 x 200 cm) for 3 people.
- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin.
- Shower room with shower and washbasin, changing table and baby bath.
- Separate WC.
Outside area :
- Private car park

The flat is located 1km from the marina, around which you will find various shops, restaurants and a daily fish market. There is also a second, more general market in Courseulles-sur-mer town centre.

Flat is in excellent location although up 3 flights of spiral staircase so not good if you have limited mobility.
Not sure how you would fit in 7 people as advertised- a double bed and bunk beds for 2. Settee didn’t look like it was a sofa bed and no idea where other 3 people would sleep.
Main areas were clean but pots and pans, crockery and cutlery were all covered in a greasy white film and food crumbs in drawers - had to wash things before using. Excellent communication regarding visit and dealt with issues quickly (broken kettle and smoke alarm battery failing).
Enjoyed our stay there - good value and is a great place to stay For visiting d-day beaches in Normandy
