Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- Bright living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and access to the balcony.
- A separate kitchen equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine Krups - Dolce Gusto....
- A loggia with 2 benches, table and chair, ideal for a quiet moment.
Night space:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and an additional bed (90 x 200 cm) for 3 people.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and a double washbasin.
- A second bathroom with shower and washbasin, changing table and baby bath.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- Balcony of 2.5m² with sun lounger, garden furniture (sofa and two armchairs).
- Private parking

The flat is located 1km from the marina around which you will find various shops, restaurants and a daily fish market. There is also a second, more general market in the town centre of Courseulles-sur-mer.
