The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Courseulles-sur-Mer offers this charming 30 m² apartment for rent, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

- A 30 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities: walks or bike rides along the coast, to the marina or the pretty Parc d'Édit, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, swimming pool, Casino, bowling, minigolf, skatepark...
- Visit the Juno Beach Museum between the sea and the apartment, within walking distance. Discovery of the D-Day landing beaches and museums.
