We stayed at Casale for 7 nights and everything was simply perfect. The house is very well organized, spotless clean, and had everything we needed. Our host, Mrs. Lina, was wonderful – she helped us with everything throughout our stay and even made us a list with the most beautiful beaches in the area, the best places to eat, and activities we could enjoy nearby. At the end of our holiday, she even surprised us with a traditional Greek specialty as a farewell gift. Truly thoughtful! I highly recommend this place 100%!

This is a new house, very clean inside. There is everything that is necessary for life. The sea is not very far. There are also shops nearby. The hosts were always in touch, they were always ready to help. Thank you Lina and Arsenis! We had a great holiday :)

Exceptional

Great property with beautiful design! It has everything you need for short and long stay. It is located in a quiet area, but walking distance to the beaches and restaurants in Nikiti. There is cleaning every 3 days if you need it. The owners are really helpful and kind. They even left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us as a compliment.

No dedicated parking space. You can park next to the villas if there is a free space, otherwise you need to find a spot on the street.

We really enjoyed our stay. Owners Lina and Arsensis are very nice people and great to deal with.

Location was perfect - quiet and private with a walk of 10-12 minutes down to the beach and seafront restaurants. And in the other direction only 5 minutes walk to two very good supermarkets and other restaurants and cafes.

Unkompliziertes Check in, hervorragende Betreuung durch die Vermieter, die per Telefon / WA erreichbar waren. Die Unterkunft muss man sich als 2-Zimmer-Wohnung vorstellen: EG = Wohnzimmer (mit zus. Schlafcouch) + Bad/WC/Waschmaschine + kleine Küchenzeile, OG = Schlafzimmer + Bad/WC. WLAN und TV (mit Netflix & Co. & Smartphone2Screen), Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile ist klein. Sauber und ordentlich. Geeignet für 2, allenfalls 3 Personen. Es kam ein Putzdienst und brachte auch frische Handtücher / Bettwäsche. Der Termin wurde mit uns telefonisch abgestimmt (gut). 3 Supermärkte und ein fußläufig errichbarer Wochenmarkt (jeden Freitag) in der Nähe. Gute Gastronomie in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Nice to know: der Strand ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings überwiegend mit Liegen und Schirmen bewirtschaftet. Das bedeutet: unablässige Beschallung durch die Gastronomen. Der Weg vom und zum Strand ist gerade bei Dunkelheit so eine Sache. Es empfielt sich ein Auto für den Besuch nahegelegener Strände. Dies gilt für den ganzen Ort und betrifft nicht die Unterkunft.
