- Enclosed room off the carport has covered seating for 10
- You can play corn hole in bad weather, or read in the hammock

- 8 Adirondack chairs around a fire pit
- Picnic table and tree swing hammock chair

- Food Lion shopping center can be accessed without leaving the neighborhood
- Public beach access with parking on 5th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st streets
- Sea La Vie is located right in the middle of the Outer Banks
- There is less traffic than the northern or southern beach roads
- You can still visit each area with day trips from Sea La Vie
- Go right to get to the fishing marina at Oregon Inlet
- Go left to see the wild horses in Corolla
- View lighthouses in both directions
- Hang glide at Jockey's Ridge
- Visit the Wright Brother's Memorial
- Close to Putt putt, movies, fishing, shopping, dining
- Live music with Uber/Lyft only minutes away year round
- Sea La Vie is near the action but with space to spread out at the house
- All sheets, comforters, towels and beach chairs are provided for each guest

Great vacation house in OBX. Kids loved shuffleboard and foosball tables. One small issue was crossing the highway to get to the beach. Easily overcome by shuttling everyone in the car the block to a lot right at the lifeguard stand. Perfect.

This house has it all... very clean, multiple common spaces, plus all the details like a fully equipped kitchen, towels, games, fire pit, etc. The neighborhood is perfect for a walk to the sound to view a glorious sunset. Don't miss out on that! The host was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend!

This property was in a great location in Kill Devil Hills. We went north to Corolla for a horse adventure and south to Cape Hatteras, both were very easy day trips. We walked to the ocean many times, but you do need to be careful crossing N Croatan Highway 158. Everything was as pictured, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was fantastic. All the light switches are labeled which was very helpful. Bath and beach towels were provided along with beach chairs and coolers, all very much appreciated. Small view of the ocean from the top deck, which we sat on often. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

We had an excellent stay at Sea La Vie! They have truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable for families! Also close to so many activities to keep our family busy!
