Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill and parking for 6 vehicles. Inside you'll find an "In Law" Suite with a Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, TV and a full private bathroom. This suite has a separate outside entrance, not connected to the main house.

Top Level: Offers the great room with TV and access to the Oceanside wide decks with ocean views. Dining room seating 8 and newly renovated kitchen. Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Trundle that shares a hall bath with a Queen Bedroom. West side deck access at the end of the hall.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
