It is very roomy! Enjoyed being right to the ocean. Needs to be updated with pots and pans, and bbq grill needs obe updated. Need to bring own linens otherwise you need topurchase them, and they are really cheap for the absorbent fee you pay to have supplied. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A snafu in getting into the home at check in made it a bit difficult. Once we got the door code conundrum sorted we walked in to a spacious home to house our teenage filled family. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds for us. The bathrooms were aplenty! The kitchen was clean and ready for us to cook in while we stayed there. (Just remember to bring your own salt and pepper!)The walk to the beach was incredibly convenient and easy!! The upstairs dwelling area with the living room, bedroom and eating area plus the deck outside was super comfy and inviting.The downstairs - 1st level living area was nice to have so that some of our teens could chill out. The decks, complete with chairs and swing were perfect to take in the sunrise and watch the ocean. The water spigot and outdoor shower within the trellis entry were great to wash the beach off before heading inside. However, I do wish there would have been more clarification on linens provided. We arrived not realizing that tucked far into the rental agreement we didn’t in fact pay for the linen service. Which was everything. We had to go and last minute buy sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and dish towels. Not what we were expecting to do after 14 hrs of driving.There was also a lack of basic hygiene supplies. Hand soap and toilet paper (at least a starter roll in each bathroom) would have been nice to have at arrival. But! We loved staying there and would definitely rent again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great accomodations!

This house did not meet expectations. The one nice thing was the location to the beach and that’s it. There are multiple things that need updating and things that need fixed. There also needs to be full disclosure of the staircases in the description of the house.
