The location is amazing, close to everything! The decks are great and the crows nest at the top is beautiful and we loved to watch the sunset sitting up there.
The dishwasher smelled really bad of rotting food, found other peoples clothes in the dressers and in the sofa. The downstairs smelled due to the dishwasher being stinky.the downstairs where the bunk beds are has not been dusted for a while. The bed room upstairs is one big bedroom that had a divider built to make it into 2 rooms

The view from the top was great, the A/C was awesome, the distance to the beach wasn't to bad and there was plenty of room.
Could have been a little cleaner, half the lights were unplugged or didn't work, the bunk room had a bad smell, the internet was out from the day we got there till the night before we left and 1 of our days got ruined by the water getting shut off.
