An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.
All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Family had a great time. We're not sure if the house had actually been cleaned before we arrived (various issues - but not worth calling the rental company) we just cleaned it up. (Ex - funky liquid in fridge - seemed like it had been from fish) House had great space for the whole family and we enjoyed the pool. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great place close to the beach. Lots of space. Pet friendly. Had some issues with a tub that was clogged, some appliances not working and the sheets on one bed didn’t smell fresh but they got everything handled immediately and were very responsive. Couldn’t have been any more helpful!

Overall we enjoyed our time at this house. The bedrooms are big and all have TV's. The kitchen, living room, and common areas are good sized for 6-8 adults. We were there in November so the pool was closed for the season, but it appeared lovely. We did use the hot tub which was clean and a great bonus. We loved being able to bring our dogs.
My only real critique is the furnature is a little dated and worn.
It was about 3 blocks to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops, nicely located. I would stay here again.
One note: there are prickly cactus burs that are everywhere (apparently endemic to the area). I'm not sure what exactly these are called. But these thorny burs got stuck in my dogs paws, on our shoes/clothes and tracked into the house. They are very painful. This is not house related but something to keep an eye out for.
