We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Palermo. Big enough for a family of four, it was clean and near everything we wanted to see. Great place to stay!

The appartment has all the amenities required. Although we did miss was a microwave oven and a toaster. All other equipment required was available. The two bathrooms were a plus. Elisabetta was always prompt to address and questions.
The cleanliness could have some improvement. The downstairs shower walls needed cleaning. We used the spray on a spot and it came clear and clean. My wife was prepared to clean things after use but not to clean them before use. We also had to wash the dishes and pots and pans before use. We didn't expect to have to do this. We suspect that maybe they should change to a another cleaning company.
In Palermo the spiral stair case is probably normal but it may be a good idea to mention it in the advertisement as the stairs may be a challenge for older people.
Entry to the apartment was easy. We loved the balcony. We also loved all the security locks.
We loved the apartment once we got settled in. Almost all sights were within easy walking distance and the street market was very close which was very handy.
We don't intend this to be a negative review but my wife was unhappy having to do the initial cleaning.
