About this apartment rental
Located in a period building, in the heart of the Old Town, in the most lively area between the Cathedral and the Teatro Massimo.
Modern apartment renovated and furnished in a functional way for any traveller.
The apartment consists of:
- 2 Charming Suites (one double and one triple)
- 1 Bathroom with shower
- 1 Kitchenette equipped with every comfort
- 1 Lively dining area
Enter Modern apartment full of colors and lively atmosphere.
Each Suite is provided with beds with comfortable pillows and mattresses are in Memory form (top of the range), the rooms are independent and enjoy excellent privacy with one of the two rooms that boasts a balcony overlooking a very characteristic street of Palermo.
Inside one of the rooms is a 32-inch Smart TV, where you can access your Netflix or Prime video account.
In the center of the house there is a table where you can spend a convivial moment sharing a lunch or dinner with friends. In addition to a powerful air conditioner that refreshes all spaces.
There is also a kitchenette with balcony equipped with all comforts such as microwave, electric stove, coffee machine Lavazza in my way, electric kettle, moka, refrigerator, freezer and a complete set of pots and pans to cook your tasty meals...
There is a bathroom with windows equipped with all the toilets and glass shower with fine finishes and a hairdryer.
Finally there is a closet and a large washing machine to be able to wash your clothes free of charge when necessary.

Well situated to visit the many, many historic buildings of Palermo. Clean and well presented apartment. The sign on ground floor door says no.9, but also has access to this apartment. Host communication was very good.

Very nice apartment in convenient location, has all the necessities at hand. An easy walk to the attractions of the Historic Center. The property manager was nice and courteous, the check-in and check-out went smoothly. A great experience overall!

Neighborhood looks safe, the locals were very friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were complete - we were able to walk to pick up pizzas and drinks, enjoy them in the room, wash our clothes, and wake up refreshed and satisfied. That’s more than what I could ask for. It was a bit of a struggle to find, but definitely worth it. The host was very prompt in responding and made it as easy as possible to provide the necessary information. Thank you to Riccardo for everything!

Palermo Checkin in was good. Host was available to talk or text with. Wish he would have met us at the property. Clean but kitchen sink was spraying water when turned on. Freezer burn in freezer no ice. Shower is super small and the shower head doesn’t stay in when turn on shower. Not enough hot water. No comforters on beds just light sheet. No space to lounge. Toilet seat crooked. We still enjoyed
