About this apartment rental
Cozy apartment in the historic neighborhood of Ballarò, a few steps from the Cathedral of Palermo.
The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto a living room which features a comfortable sofa, a TV, a dining table and a well-equipped American kitchen, complete with oven and kettle. From here, guests will access the veranda furnished with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals in a private area. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first one comes with a queen-size bed and nightstands, the second one with a queen-size bed and access to the balcony, while the third one, also with access to the balcony, is fitted with a sofa, an ensuite bathroom with shower and a staircase leading to the mezzanine with a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.
The apartment is located in the ZTL area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*The property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Due to these renovation works, some noise could occur during the day.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
Palermo central station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 35 km away.

This location was ideal! It was literally around the corner from the Ballerò market in one direction, and then all of the restaurants, shops through Quattro Canti around the other corner. Would stay again when we return, loved it!

The location is difficult to drive to and parking is tight. The apt was clean. The company is very intent on getting guest information, contract signatures and tax payments starting about a week before the stay. However the paperwork is hard to follow and I had to call and ask for a link several hours before we were scheduled to arrive so I could get into the apt. Unfortunately one of the codes they gave was incorrect so it was a process to get in. The land line provided is automated and hangs up on you. And the WhatsApp number was occasionally answered but not always and generally not in a timely fashion.
