Exclusive prestigious apartment on two levels with terrace, next to Porta Nuova, in Palermo.The apartment, with a unique and eccentric style that combines vintage and modern elements, is located on the second floor of a renovated building and spreads over two levels. The entrance opens onto an open space that accommodates several armchairs, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The living area follows on to the upper level, accessible by a private elevator, which comes with a living room featuring sofas, a television, a toilet and a large terrace equipped with a dining area overlooking Porta Nuova and Palazzo dei Normanni. The sleeping area is located on the first level of the apartment and includes three bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. A toilet and an additional bathroom with shower completes the layout. Guests will benefit from amenities such as wifi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
