Location is great if you rent-a-car. You can park in front of the building and have few min walk to the chatedrale.

The apartment is as in the pictures in an area close to the cathedral but looks a bit dangerous at night. It was clean. On our arrival we were informed that one of the three bathrooms is not working very well and has a bad smell. The agency lady recommended that we don’t throw toilet paper in to avoid problems. But when we used it following her advise the bathroom was flooded. So our very first experience in this apartment was a flooded bathroom and us trying to clean the mess. When I informed the lady from the agency it turned out that she was fully aware of this issue and told us that the owner does not take any action to fix it. At the end, nobody ever fixed that and we could only use 2 of the 3 bathrooms, even though we were 8 persons, really needed the third one and chose this apartment because of the 3 bathrooms . Additionally one of the 2 bathrooms in operation had also a very bad smell. This situation was quite disappointing, as there was no action to fix it. Be cautious before booking this apartment.

The very bad smell in one of the bathrooms and the fact that another bathroom flooded on our arrival. The agency lady knew the problem but no action was taken to fix it during our stay. So we had one normal bathroom, one with bad smell and one out of order ( as it flooded when we first used it and no one fixed it).
