it is located very quiet area. The kitchen in the room is well furnished. And appreciate the water facility in the lobby, mini snake bar.

Maybe I book the wrong room for one Double bed, so they give us one double bed. So we need to pay extra money to change( upgrade) to family room.

Excellent customer service.

The location was great. It was a clean area and essentials were a 10 min walking distance (OXXO convenience store) and so was public transit. Due to COVID-19 the Frida Kahlo museums were closed unfortunately. The best part of my stay was the customer service from the manager Adrian and his employees. They were very helpful about any thing I needed. For example, I was feeling a bit cold indoors so they provided me with two additional heaters. They also were helpful with the wifi connection problem (because of the location of my room specifically) and when I left something behind during my stay, Adrian was so helpful in making sure I was able to retrieve it. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily unless otherwise requested. It was equipped with everything you could need (a fridge, stove, private bathroom and shower and a TV).

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay. The room was perfect and the customer service was very good. The only issue was speed of wifi but they gave me like 5 different ones to try, so one of them always worked better than the others.

The place is near one of the most beautiful places in the south of the city. All the personal are kind and generous, which makes a comfortable stay.

In general, I like everything about the place; but maybe breakfast could taste better.

The room decoration is nice

There was no internet, no pan, no utensils, not even a lighter to turn on the stove. Honestly it wasn’t worth the money.

la ubicación estaba adecuada para mis compromisos sociales, vecindario tranquilo y seguro.

pues que no haya recepción los fines de semana un poco más tarde, al igual que el cuarto estaba sucio, en el suelo se podía observar cabellos y polvo, se ve que barrieron el cuarto pero no recogieron la basura, la dejaron en un rincón, al igual que las sabanas estaban manchadas amarillentas. lastimosamente cuando llegue no había nadie, para hacer esas observaciones.

No lo recomiendo.

Un poco confuso hacer el pago, saber si facturan, amablemente por whatsap se pudieron aclarar las dudas. Al entrar a la Habitación el baño estaba sucio, la almohada tenia la baba del anterior huesped y cabellos, la sabana sucia y manchada. Lo manifeste por whatsap y no hubo cambio alguno, fue un asco dormir asi. Hasta una uña en la silla.

Todo se ve como en las fotos, hay mucho malos comentarios en internet pero la mayoría son de hace algunos años hoy, en octubre 2025 todo esta limpio tranquilo un poco difícil de localizar por qué la entrada no se ve exactamente como hotel o estancia es un poco discreta, yo no viaje en auto propio pero en la calle se veían estacionados carros nuevos de buena marca lo cual me hace pensar que la zona es tranquila

Prácticamente todo el trato se hace por WhatsApp, y algunas personas somos un tanto desconfiadas en hacer un pago antes de llegar o tratar de frente con una persona, pero aunque la chica me dijo que no se encontraría a mi llegada y tendría que pagar mediante una liga y luego ella me enviaría un vídeo de como ingresar Ella hizo todo lo posible por recibirnos lo cual le agradezco.

Pésima experiencia sin soluciones

Nos tocó una mala experiencia, ya que la noche del sábado los huéspedes que estaban ocupando 3 habitaciones desde las 10 pm hasta las 3 AM estuvieron tomando, fumando, haciendo ruido, los niños corriendo por todos lados y el personal nada pudo hacer para controlar está situación. El personal respondió dos horas tarde y lo único que sugirieron es que nos podían cambiar de habitación, a las 2 am!!!! PÉSIMO SERVICIO Además el internet pésimo en las dos noches que nos quedamos

Me gustó la estancia pues está muy cómoda y céntrica, al momento de la llegada tienes que avisar con anticipación tu llegada a la estancia.

Tienes que mandar WhatsApp al momento de tu llegada lo malo es que por tanto huésped tardan años luz en que te reciban y le tuve que decir a otro huésped que si le avisaba a la persona en turno de recepción de mi llegada
