PLEEASE AVOID THIS PROPERTY, POORLY MANAGED AND DISSAPOINTING FROM EVERY PERSPECTIVE

The rooms are nice and big although very basic and poorly decorated and maintained

The main problem is management and staff. The customer service is beyond poor, they know it and clearly do not care. The reception staff has not received adequate training and do not understand how to operate they own system. A simple task like getting a statement of account for the room would take more than 20 mins. Queues constantly form at reception for people waiting to get simple issues resolved. I have stayed last year and experienced exactly the same problems.

Good place. Bad communication and lack of awareness

Property and location were good

I knew i was going to arrive Saturday at 1am. I communicated that to the property through the app… and they were delighted to welcome me any time i arrive… When i arrived i was told that there will be an extra charge… i communicated that i already sent you guys a message that i am arriving this time but the guy at reception brushed me off and says that i cannot do anything you need to pay extra. I paid for half a day more than i paid for the whole 3 days i stayed there. Complete lack of awareness that this was at 1 am. And i already told them im gona arrive this time without them mentioning anything about extra payment. If it wasnt at 1 am in the morning and i was so tired i would stayed somewhere else.

Do not stay in this hotel!

In front of the hotel is a big bus station and it’s very noisy day and night; during my stay, the housekeeping never came to clean the room! I booked the hotel with breakfast but I need to pay every day until they found out, it was a mistake from them. In the checkout the hotel didn’t give me my invoice! Do not stay there please, it is terrible - they should fire the management!

Unsafe hotel with no real protection for guests — I cannot recommend it.

The location was convenient and the facilities looked fine at first sight. The check-in process was smooth and the room itself was acceptable.

My car was severely damaged by a valet who had been working extremely long shifts without rest. The official dealership has already inspected the vehicle and confirmed repair costs of more than USD 3,000. The hotel has no valid insurance, and both the manager and the parking operator colluded to avoid responsibility, operating outside the law. If they lack coverage in parking, it’s not unlikely that other areas are also unprotected, which makes the entire hotel unsafe.

OK - would probably stay here again due to proximity to office.

Check in went well. Breakfast routine was OK, it may have been helpful to realize rates with/without breakfast included. Location to the office was perfect.

Checkout took way too long. There was a line of >6 people and only one person addressing with another person walking back and forth and monitoring the crowd, rather than making an effort to address checkout patrons.

WORST 5 STAR HOTEL AND PLEASE GO FOR BETTER OPTION

The intern at the reception was very welcoming! In general, I think all the other staffs will be nice only when you pay them tips!

The lady receptionist on night shift did not speak good english and was irrsponsible. She refused to come to my room when I called to tell her the panel for the air cond was not working. She did not understand what panel is and how could she expect she could understand it if I explain it to her at the reception! Poor service and bad attitude! The restaurant La Reforma has the worst service for the amount I spent for my breakfast! I was kind enough to pay 10% service charge for no service I was given. The short lady was not welcoming and snobbish!!! She should get fired for not being able to smile and greet to customer!

Nice hotel. Bad management experience

Location is nice, the greenery outside is nice, gym also nice.

The staff. It was my second time staying here since last year we liked it. This time we had an issue with one of the managers at the reception and she was really rude. We had a smoking issue and we mentionned that at no point we were informed that we could not smoke, I understand there are signs but let’s be honest, no one pays attention to these small signs (cause it was literally super tiny) and is hard for us to memorize the smoking rules of every country we visit so it is responsability of the reception people to inform this, and even more when you notice the clients are foreigners. There are ways of saying things but definitely the manager at that time was not nice at all (a female ) and also for the record we don’t smoke cigarettes, it is Arab Tabacco meaning that it is just a quick lighting twice and that’s it so almost impossible for the sensor to perceive it , so we feel they actually went inside to search for any type of evidence when we were not there )

Comfortable hotel let down by poor service

The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable. The location is great, on a main road but quiet with green space opposite.

Service in the restaurant is incredibly slow. They need more staff. There are other places nearby to get better breakfast faster and for a lot less. The door and carpark staff are rude, grumpy and unhelpful and over our stay pretended not to see my colleagues and me. There are friendlier places to stay.
