About this apartment rental
We provide a comfortable and safe place to stay. We are located between Cortez and Dolores, near Conquistador Golf Course. Durango is a short drive, as well as Telluride, or Silverton.
When you walk into our space there is a work area with a desk. Then there is a bedroom, through the next door is another bedroom. The bedrooms are setup where you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other. Up the stairs is the kitchen, eating area, and small sitting area with a tv. There is also a small deck where you can take in some of the surrounding views.
Downstairs we have converted the heated/cooled garage into a kids play space where there are many toys for little ones to play with. Across the play room you will find the bathroom and laundry.

Great place if you have kids. So much to play with and space for play. They actually allowed me to check in a couple of days early when I had a change in plans and worked hard to get the house clean early for me. The house was spotless despite the fact that they only had 2 hours between me and the last guests! The area is close to Canyons of the Ancients (Lowry Pueblo is very unique, and should be on your list of things to see), Hovenweep, Durango, Silverton and Mesa Verde. We had a great week. We did have trouble with internet. The host was very responsive and tried to fix it, but in a rural area it isn't always in their control. But if you are looking for somewhere you are going to be able to work remotely, I might check with the host before booking to see if they have more stable internet so you aren't frustrated.

Clean, roomy place to stay with a well-equipped kitchen. We are usually staying in VRBOs to hike in the area, and we actually use the kitchen for cooking breakfast and sometimes dinner. This one was better than most for our needs. Friendly hosts as well. Would recommend 100%

Very close to my brother’s place, so convenient. Close to Mesa verde. Nice to have access to laundry. Nice walking around the neighborhood. The only negative is that if you stay in the back bedroom, you have to walk through the front bedroom to use the bathroom. Nice kitchen, oddly no coffee mugs.
