We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazingly quiet, the car port was great for keeping the car cool and protected from the sun and rain. The back porch was lovely to sit in during the morning! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and there was plenty of ice and cold water from the fridge!

The house was clean inside and check-in quite easy. The listing and check-in e-mail listed four outdoor parking spots and one in the garage. Instead there were two outdoor spots and the garage was not available to guests. We were hoping to use the garage because we had our e-bikes with us, but we managed without. The owner’s house manual was detailed and made being “green” easy. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the shade of the back porch. The yard is overgrown and has not been maintained in a while. For our purposes - as a place to hang out and to sleep after exploring Mesa VerdeNational Park - this was a good value.

The property was appropriately priced but the pictures were a bit misleading. The owner and caretaker were both very nice and very accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked, but dated. The back porch picture was when it was first built and it was also dated and not very clean (in my opinion). Definitely worth the price and I would stay there again if I had a group more on a budget. Again, the owner and caretaker were both very kind.
