When the call to adventure becomes too difficult to ignore, book this Cortez vacation rental! The 2-bed, 2.5-bath home offers a serene base between excursions. You’ll have a bevy of opportunities for hiking and biking just a short drive away at Geer Natural Area. Plus, the trailheads at Phil’s World are only 11 miles away! At day’s end, fire up the gas grill for a BBQ on the patio, followed by watching the sunset over the mountains. Later, ease sore muscles in the hot tub.

This property was incredible. So clean! New appliances and the sheep roaming around made us smile every day. Hot tub was clean and great temperature. Lots of outdoor space with a grill and fire pit. Location was everything we wanted close to all of the parks aks Cortez is such a cute town. Highly recommend

The house was interesting and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The paper supplies were good quality. We felt like we were in the country, but shopping and restaurants were close. We used this for a base to explore around the 4 corners area. Outside of the house we were entertained by the sheep roaming the pasture and the hummingbirds visiting the feeders.

This casa is fantastic. So much attention to the detais of making the inside and outside beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. It was fun exploring the property to see all the interesting touches. The host was super welcoming and helpful.

My wife and I, and another couple stayed 4 nights while visting Mesa Verde. This was a fantastic find. The hosts know what they are doing. Nice park like setting, with beautiful outdoor setting. We appreciated the small things - the multiple hummingbird feeders were a nice touch. We felt like we were in Tuscany. Fun to watch the dogs work with the sheep. Location is ideal for a Mesa Verde visit. We will use this one again as a base when we do some of the western Utah parks. Highly recommended.
