About this house rental

Welcome to Tmac’s House in a quiet county neighborhood, located down a long private driveway in the County. This house is on a shared 5 acre lot with lots of horses and deer around and on property. Located just 1 mile from the hospital and super close to town with an out of town feel. Only 11 miles from the entrance of Mesa Verde.

This 2 Bedroom/1 bath has great views of all the Southwest Mountain ranges.
Plenty of parking with car port. Washer/ Dryer and full kitchen. Rear patio with outside grill is perfect for hanging out. This is the perfect spot for home base for all the activities and adventures this area has to offer like Phil’s World Trail mountain bike park, Sand Canyon, 4 corners, Mesa Verde, and plenty more.
