About this house rental
Within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores , library and 50 acre park . Located a 20 minute drive from entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. Quiet neighborhood at end of street.
The space:
The property borders a 50 acre park with a recreation center. Walk, run,, swim, lift weights, take classes such as yoga , dance , Tai Chi, and spin. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood yet a short walk from restaurants , drug stores and grocery store.
Guest access:
The home is divided into two separate living spaces , one for the host and one for the guests. Both have separate private entrances. Both are self contained units with their own kitchens , bathrooms and bedrooms. A utility room separates these two spaces to act as a noise and privacy barrier.
Interaction with guests:
The guest do not have to have interaction with host . Host is open to meeting guests and letting them know about the area if they are interested in doing so. Guests can call host on phone if want information on need help with anything.
Other things to note:
Host is a licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Colorado. Jeff has been doing massage for 16 years in private practice and 5 star motels. Extensive experience in Swedish , Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Thai Massage. Prices are $75.00 for 60 minutes and $95.00 for 90 minutes.

Very well kept Jeff was great and helped me take things in the house as I use a cane or a walker and it is hard to carry things He even checked with me to be sure I got home safely

This house was perfect for our trip to Cortez.. very clean and great location. Fully stocked kitchen Comfy beds. easy communication with host. Would definitely stay here again

Originally, I was really excited about staying here, I thought it was what we needed. We travel often and take our kids with us ages 13-18 and they are all very well behaved. We encountered the host two times outside the property, which has never happened in our years of travel. He greeted us and counted our kids to make sure we were charged for them. We intended on paying for them, of course. We should've read the description thoroughly because we didn't realize the host lived in the driveway, which we were not comfortable with. The property is clean, amenities good, host was friendly enough, but the place is not for us.
