Aquamar Suite on the beach by Venicescape

La posizione perfetta sulla spiaggia dell'hotel Excelsior praticamente e vicinissima ai luoghi del festival di Venezia quindi assolutamente comoda per godere a pieno degli eventi e dei luoghi di vacanza (e non) del Lido. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta che dava sul patio ma la proprietaria gentilmente è passata a sistemarla nel pomeriggio.

Purtroppo non c'era la colazione inclusa perché nel costo dell'appartamento non era inclusa colazione o altro, magari si potevano lasciare delle cialde di caffè (ce n'era solo una che ho usato ma era difettosa). L'appartamento pur essendo vecchio e arredato tutto in legno su misura e in stile marinaro diciamo (stranissima una tenda attaccata al soffitto tipo cabina di spiaggia) era molto confortevole, ma la pulizia non era il punto forte. Anche le lenzuola pur essendo lavate avevano delle macchie. La cabina armadio comoda ma piena di polvere quindi è stata usata poco.

The location was exceptional. I loved being able to open the doors downstairs and let the fresh air in and see the beautiful outdoors while I worked. I also liked being able to see the ocean from the bedroom window and also open the windows and hear the waves breaking on the beach while I was in bed. The hosts took the time to sit with me and show me places to go, things to see, and places to eat (this was especially useful since I was there off-season).

The light on the stairs uses motion detection to turn on, but doesn't work well when going downstairs. This was kind of a trivial issue for me, but I could see how this might be an issue for some.
