First solo trip
I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wishes to visit Verona and doesn’t mind a walk into the centre. (Took me about 30 mins, there are buses but I walked). The accommodation was very clean, spare towels provided. Anna the host even left drinks and mini croissants. Lovely hot shower, nice balcony to sit out on in the evening. Anna was a great host and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. Very much enjoyed my stay. Grazie Anna! ☺️

Internet prolems and impolite host
the location
the internet was a disaster. They gave me access to the wrong router and I was up half the night trying to figure it out. Also, I had someone drop off a package to me. They were in the room for 45 minutes. The owner got very irate about it, claiming that it violated policy. I checked the house rules and it said no smoking, no parties and quiet time from 10-7. She was very rude to my guest, who was very polite.

I'd like to say a huge thank you for the accommodation. Extremely cozy, clean, accurate and beautiful. We stayed there with my friend for 3 nights and we are absolutely happy with our choice! Grazie mille:)
