Struttura nuova, curatissima in ogni dettaglio e accogliente! Letto comodissimo e spazioso, davvero riposante. Cucina attrezzata e pulitissima. Servizio dell’host per l’ingresso in struttura a distanza davvero fantastico!

Good place to stay, is not in the turistic area but Verona makes you move by bus always, so in 20 mins if you calculate the bus you will be there, closer to the train station, bed big and comfy bedroom in good shape and clean

Only that you are sharing the place with other people as is an apartment converted to be a renting space so you have the weird feeling you dont know who will be in the other bedroom in a close space when you are arriving

I shared the apartment with my sister for one night. We had a room each. It was spotlessly clean, bright and comfortable. While we did not eat cook while we were there there was enough basic utensils and crockery in the kitchen to cook simple meals. Some thoughtful touches included towels tied up with a ribbon in our bedrooms, and water in the fridge which was welcome on our arrival as it was hot outside.

I did not know until I was there how I was going to access the apartment so I was a bit anxious about that. Booking.com sent me multiple emails over the weeks prior to my stay, however the emails were usually quite similar and the instructions about access were not clear. A resident left us into the apartment complex and when we got to the floor where the apartment was, I texted the host on what's app and she sent us the codes straight away and we entered these on the key pad on the door. So it ended up being reasonably easy in the end but I would have appreciated better communication ahead of time. I provided this feedback to the host so this may be improved going forward. More of a neutral comment - the apartment is located about a 30 minute walk from the train station. We got a taxi from the train station the day we arrived in Verona here as we had not been there before and it was a hot day. We walked to the station after leaving the apartment the following day.
