The property was easy to reach by bus from the main train station and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that’s still within easy reach of Verona’s city center. Everything was very clean, well cared for, and felt private. The host made me feel genuinely welcome, and it was a comfortable place to stay.
The only minor issue was that it was a little difficult to find at first, as the location on Google Maps seemed slightly off. Once I found it, though, everything was great.

Signora Franca is such a wonderful person and a lovely host who cares about her guests in the best way and I was very happy to meet her and enjoyed my stay. The room is cosy, spacoius and well equipped, bed linen beautiful and smell nice, the bath is very modern. The morning begins with a typical Italian breakfast continued by discovering the beauty of the city of Verona or other charming places not very far. Grazie di cuore ❤️ per l’ ospitalitá meravigliosa.

Casa Franca hat ansolut saubere, schön und modern eingerichtete geräumige Zimmer mit A/C und eigenem Badezimmer. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, etwas außerhalb der Altstadt aber mit mehreren Buslinien in den angrenzenden Straßen, so dass man in wenigen Minuten in das Zentrum der Altstadt gelangt.
Casa Franca hat eine eigene Garage um PKWs oder, wie in meinem Fall, ein Fahrrad unterzustellen. Franca, die Eigentümerin, ist sehr aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit und sympatisch. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt und werde gerne wieder dort wohnen bei meinem nächsten Veronaaufenthalt.
Gibt nichts zu kritisieren!

Сніданок ніякий, холодно в номері, але гостинність перевершила усі недоліки.Як на мене , то це звичайна квартира де знають кімнати. На одну ніч підійде. До вокзалу 4 зупинку, зупинка поруч.
Не працював душ взагалі. Але ванна кімната гарна і тепла, працювало опалення, в в кімнаті ні.
