The place is located 5mins walk away from the Porta Nuova train station. The room is 4 sharing and small but also has a really cozy living room and balcony to sit and work. The living room has everything you need, plates, glasses microwave, oven so you can cook food there as well.
The beds were a little uncomfortable and the doors were also jammed, so it made noise everytime someone came in or went out. the size of the bed is also small, i am 6ft tall and i couldn't sit straight on the bed, so the only option was to sit in the living room or the balcony

Very comfy, clean, and a well equipped kitchen; staff was generally friendly though only met someone once over three days.
The bathroom was clean but rather bare (incl. lack of toilet paper). Also, I got accused of theft, via text messaging; totally baseless and without any evidence. The issue was resolved later on (someone misplaced the item), however, the hostel’s handling of the situation was rather unfortunate, thus I did not feel too welcome.
