I am satisfied

The location is OK, quiet and peaceful. The bus stop is very close. The property itself was perfect for a three-night stay. I had a room with a bathroom. There's a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave. It was quite OK. The host was very friendly and explained everything in detail, including where to find a store. You can leave your luggage before checking in. The apartment has air conditioning, so you can use it without any problems. I recommend it. The room has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. It works fine. The room has a roller blind on the window.

There was no trash can. The shower was a bit small, but that couldn't be changed. The shower had weak water pressure, but it was still sufficient to wash.

Close to the bus, the quiet area, comfortable for those who can't make stairs. If you are tall and bulky I do not recommend because of the tiny shower, not over 90kg

Perfectly fine to have a nice stay in Verona for a few days. The kitchen is shared with the others and equiped with everything you need to cook a good meal. Room and Bathroom are private and can be locked. There are many bus stations nearby to get to the city center.

Very nice place, there is kitchen with everything what you need. You can also wash your clothes in washing machine. Room has a window to the street, but was quiet. Room is very nice and clean. Nicola, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place!

Exactly what you need for a weekend în verona. A small, clean, quiet room. Place in a good área of verona, quiet with a pizzeria nearby, a supermarket. Bus stadion to the center at 100 m. (Nr. 24, weekend nr.98). Tv with Internet and Netflix. Easy check in- check out.

Just a small thing. No soap in the bathroom, but not a big deal. :)

Brilliant host

The host Nicola was welcoming and was at the accommodation as soon as I got there to give me the key and tell me tell me all the important information on how to get places, where shops were etc. The room was a perfect size for me as I was only there to sleep. I liked having my own bathroom as well to have that added privacy. The property was a bit outside the city but with plenty of bus routes, that wasn't a problem. I found a lovely pizzeria a 4 minute walk away which was perfect for my first evening when I'd just flown in with great service and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again as it was great value for money as a solo traveller not wanting to stay in a hostel.

Cheap but fine

It was all as expected... It's a cheap and cheerful option without too many facilities but you get a decent bed and a bathroom and that's all I needed.

The location is a bit of a trek into the centre which was fine for me but might not suit everyone. There isn't too much around and I arrived on a Sunday when even the local supermarket was closed.

Lovely host and a comfortable place for one-night stopover in Verona. Very well connected to the city and main station by bus (10-15mins gets you where you need to be)

Room is small and a bit old-fashioned and the air-con was not functioning well for the August heat. Some facilities with cooking/fridge options in a communal area - Bathroom tiny (you can't sit straight on the toilet as it's right in front of the shower door

Feels like home

The place is just amazing, very comfortable with everything you could need. Nicola is a great host, always ready to give advise and with a lot of good info for travelers. The bus stops are nearby and very strict with schedules, so don't be afraid of it looks far from the center of the city (25 minutes). This is even better because at night the house is quiet and you will sleep good. The place was always impeccable and there are great places to eat in the surroundings. There are supermarkets, tabacchi, and even a mall too. It is a place to come back without any doubts.

Excellent host. Good value for money. Lots of useful infor provided which was really helpful.

Our host had lots of very valuable info to share with us. He met us 3 times during our stay. There was a white board inside the Accomodation with useful restaurants, transportation and facilities info it was great! He also let us store our bags there after check out. Wifi was excellent. A communal sitting room. Outside seating area.

I liked everything. Remember when booking this property is outside Verona but lots of local facilities. You can also walk to take the bus into Verona.
