Very calm place. Good breakfast. Free parking is located nearby. ~15 minutes to the city center by car
There could be a bed instead of a sofa which is not comfortable.

The host is fantastic!! We had a very good contact before and during my stay, which was very important because of the contactless check in.
The location regarding to the city it was also good for with car.
I booked 2 rooms and one of them definitly has no wi-fi conection and the problem is known by the owner.
The matress could be a little better.
The breakfast totaly under expectation. If it says "no breakfast" I would be myself better prepared to provide my family.
But the big problem was the parking: I paid to park the cars inside the area which is shared with local residents. Iniatially I was not informed about that, so I did not know that I should park the car considering another one side by side. I learned that with a very unpolite Italian ladies, speaking loud with no respect. It is something that you really don´t expect in your holidays.
