Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming to help with directions, suggestions, and transportation. Facility and room was very clean. Nice size room. Any extra requests came with a frown. Asked for 3 pillows because the pillows in the room were very thin. I was provided one pillow and felt he was inconvenienced. Stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Requested 3 new towels. Was told it would be $5 per towel from the gentleman at the door. Overall I would stay again because the place was very clean with a nice living space. The female staff were excellent at the front desk.

The room was spacious and had a nice, large balcony. Great for enjoying coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The pillows is too hard, could be softer. A little bit of food smell from other rooms when they cooked food in the room. The bus stops right outside the hotel, but stops going after 9 pm. Walking is possible also, takes about 30 minutes from old town.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was very spacious and clean with a lovely view of the Adige river. The reception staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble for them and I was always greeted with a warm smile. Their professionalism was outstanding. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

This property is advertised as 2 star but is definitely 3 at a minimum. Our apartment was virtually brand new and in immaculate condition! Great view from the balcony and the staff were all very friendly! Transport to the city centre is available right outside and I'd definitely recommend staying here - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in this residence for 10 days. Amazing modern clean flat with a modern kitchen, balcony and the best amazing friendly staff.... So helpful and smiley.... So kind.... We felt like at home. We couldn't find anything wrong in this residence. It was perfect!! If you need a good comfortable place to stay for a few nights or more. This is the place. 1 km from the center by walk and just near the river. Thank you a lot!!!

We stayed in this residence for 10 days. Amazing modern clean flat with a modern kitchen, balcony and the best amazing friendly staff.... So helpful and smiley.... So kind.... We felt like at home. We couldn't find anything wrong in this residence. It was perfect!! If you need a good comfortable place to stay for a few nights or more. This is an 8 level hotel located a couple of kilometres from the centre. It is under going a refurbishment (but there was little construction noise) and we stayed in a newly refurbished unit (Room 708) with a view over the river and across to the mountains. This side was also cool in the afternoon. The room was very spacious and well designed with good quality fittings. The bathroom had a bath, with shower over (good water pressure). The large bed had nice linen and good lighting. The kitchenette included an induction hob and sofa that opened out to a large terrace with a table and two chairs. Service was very good (thanks Piero and house staff) and we enjoyed a variety of delights for breakfast. The hotel is located a very pleasant 2km walk along the river and across two bridges to the historical centre. I believe there was a supermarket and cafes close by...but we didn't use these. Highly recommended...we thought this place was fantastic

Pretty run-down hotel that was under maintenance when were staying at it. The maintenance wasn’t of course mentioned upon booking. Gym is extra which wasn’t mentioned either. Otherwise nice green neighborhood, decent bed and rooms with large balconies. Breakfast was poor, didn’t seem like they cook it - more like have the stuff brought. The service was nice though.

Our room was beyond our expectations! We arrived late due to delays in public transportation. Arriving we were warmly greeted by front desk staff who also helped us order delivery food after we settled in our room (assisted many times by the wonderful front desk team)The room was very spacious, well equipped, good internet connection, sparkling clean, and the view from the balcony ...really the balcony and outside space is huge bonus! Must not leave out housekeeping top notch staff also that sometimes is forgotten, but they are a valuable part of the team and were excellant.

This is a great hotel with the level of quality and service you like to see when on the road in Europe. The rooms are clean and modern, the neighborhood is quiet, breakfast is great and service is second to none. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the main area of Verona which wont be a problem if you are arriving by car. If you are arriving by train you are a 10 euro cab ride from the train station or if you want to bus it there is a bus during the day that leaves from the train station and drops you off across the street from the hotel. Take the 61 bus from the station but make sure it is going in the right direction as you are looking for the Magellan bus stop and the station is halfway through the route. If in doubt ask the folks in the yellow jackets at the bus loop at the station as they are very helpful. Once at the hotel you can walk into town fairly easily.

This hotel could do with updating. Breakfast was good but it was too far from the city to walk. We had to get taxis which ranged fun cost from 10-20 euros

it was not bad. a bit out of the way but only 30 mins walk to the city. big kitchen with utensils so u could make meals to save money. laundry downstairs was self service which i liked. 3 euros to wash and 3 to dry. big rooms.
