A well presented apartment with good views set in the hills but not for those with mobility issues.

This apartment is high in the hills above Ventimiglia. This was unexpected and gave wonderful views over the town and out to sea. Lovely areas to sit outside and to eat. The apartment is well equipped and presents at a high standard.

The approach by car is not for a timid driver. The best at is by the directions given and not by my sat nav. The best road is largely single lane with passing points. The amount of stairs from the private parking down to the apartment is not for those with any mobility issues. The interior spiral staircase has a similar warning.

Joli appartement

Vraiment chouette. appartement très propre, avec une vue sur la mer au loin. Joliment décoré, agréable à vivre, avec grande terrasse très agréable également, même en cette fin février.

Ce ne sont pas des points négatifs, mais à prendre en compte : à préciser : un escalier en colimaçon étroit mène aux chambres. La route pour accéder à l'appartement est elle aussi (très) étroite (gros véhicules s'abstenir : traffic, minivan)

Tutto meraviglioso

La casa è a dir poco meravigliosa. Luminosa, pulita, ordinata, dotata di ogni comfort, vetrate ovunque con una vista stupenda su Ventimiglia fino al mare, casa calda e proprietaria disponibilissima. Check-in autonomo facile e veloce. La corte esterna privata è bellissima con anche doccia calda esterna, due sdraio, ombrellone, gazebo con tavolo. Dotata di stoviglie, materiale di pulizia e beni primari alimentari. Consiglio assolutamente

Un sejur reușit

Foarte curat cu o priveliște frumoasă spre ventimiglia, locația este dotată cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur perfect: veselă, mașina de spălat vase, rufe, fier de călcat, locația deține și o parcare privată în curte, a fost super!

Goed maar met een aantal duidelijke minpunten.

De accommodatie was van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim genoeg voor ons gezin van 4 en schoon/hygiënisch. Ook de host reageerde heel snel waardoor elke vraag snel opgepakt werd.

De weg er naartoe is echt not done als je een redelijk grote auto rijdt (lees sedan/station etc). Er zijn zoveel stukken waar het bijna niet te doen is om een auto te passeren dat je bang bent dat de auto beschadigd raakt. Ook na 6 dagen waren wij er niet aan gewend. Een keer de berg op en af per dag is meer dan zat. Ook het parkeren op de privé parkeerplaats met een grotere auto is een uitdaging. Het uitzicht is mooi maar er zijn geen faciliteiten nabij. Je zal dus altijd de berg af moeten voor uitstapjes etc. Na 6 uur/half 7 is de zon verdwenen op de locatie, terwijl je in het dorp zelf de zon nog ziet. Al met al zouden wij deze locatie zelf nooit meer kiezen omdat het niet praktisch is qua ligging en het bereik een drama is. Dit hadden wij zo uit de advertentie zelf niet gehaald.

Realität weicht von der Beschreibung ab

Die Beschreibung dieser Ferienwohnung entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Die Anfahrt führt über eine 2,7 km lange sehr schmale Bergstrasse, die größtenteils nur einspurig zu befahren ist. Gegenverkehr wird ständig zum Problem. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Anbau, der nur an der Front Fenster hat. Dadurch sind die hinten liegenden Räume sehr dunkel. Hinten liegen die Küche das Wohnzimmer und in der 1. Etage das Schlafzimmer. Die 1. Etage ist nur über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Die ist so schmal, dass man keine Reisetasche bzw. keinen Koffer dort transportieren kann.

Splendida esperienza

La sig.ra Sacha è stata sempre molto gentile e più che disponibile. La casa è davvero meravigliosa in tutti gli aspetti. Ha uno spazioe esterno delizioso e dotato di lettini prendisole, doccia esterna e salottino in zona d'ombra. Ci sono spezie nelle aiuole per chi ama cucinare, ci sono piante di agrumi e si gode una bellissima vista. Sopratutto la zona è tranquilla e ventilata. La casa al suo interno è moderna, dotata di tutti i confot non manca davvero nulla. Se volte passare una piacevole vacanza o anche pochi giorni per staccare è super consigliata.

Appartamento nuovo panoramico

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato, bel patio con tavolo e sdraie ricco di piante curatissime. L’appartamento è ben fornito letti abbastanza comodi doppi servizi e parcheggio auto. Si accede alle camere tramite una scala a chiocciola non adatta a bimbi piccoli e chi ha problemi a deambulare. La vista è molto bella e anche la luminosità di tutto l’appartamento.

La strada per arrivare e’ un po’ stretta ed a doppio senso di circolazione. Le due cisterne e il giardino incolto adiacente di diversa proprietario.
