There is a beautiful private terrace with furniture, so perfect for starting the day with your favourite drink. This home is ideal for a family vacation. Private parking with automatic gate. Ventimiglia, the last Ligurian city on the border with France, is located near Sanremo where you can visit the historic center, the nearby fortresses such as Forte San Paolo, the semicircular Roman theatre. You can also easily reach large French cities such as Monte Carlo at only 25km or Menton at 15km. A holiday in this apartment offers the opportunity to relax near the sea. The apartment ihas functional furnishing for your comfortable stay. There is an equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals. The first floor that hosts bedrooms can be reached via a staircase. The air-conditioning in every room will keep the indoor temperature under check.
