Het Uitzicht vanaf het grote terras was fenomenaal en de afmeting van het appartement was gewoon goed. 2 grote 2p slaapkamers en een reserve kamertje met een klein bed/bedbank, Rapallo en omgeving zijn prachtig
De parkeergelegenheid onderaan het gebouw gaf wat frictie met de bewoners, wij hebben daar onze auto gezet maar dat was blijkbaar niet de bedoeling. De bewoners plakten dagelijks een briefje op onze wagen met hun beklag. Niet erg netjes van ons maar voor een appartement aan dit bedrag vonden wij recht te hebben op parking. Ergens anders parkeren was eigenlijk ook niet mogelijk. Iets voor de eigenaar van het appartement om goed te regelen!
