Gute Lage - die Wohnung etwas vernachlässigt.
Die zentrale Lage.
Die umgebene Straße war sehr laut. Keine Geschirrspülmaschine. Nur einen Satz Schlüssel. Das Mobiliar war nicht gut erhalten. Die Küchenarbeitsplatte war kaputt.

Der wahnsinns Hammer!
Perfekte Lage, traumhafte Wohnung, sehr hell, den ganzen Tag Sonne, toll eingerichtet, Balkon über zwei Seiten, absolut zum Wohlfühlen
Das Doppelbett im Masterbedroom ist nicht mehr so toll, es hängt etwas durch und man schläft nicht ganz so gut darin.

Wunderbare Auszeit in herrlicher Umgebung
Sehr zentrale Lage, wenige Schritte von der Fussgängerzone, Einkaufsläden des Hafens und dem Strand entfernt. Der kleine Balkon wurde jetzt im Oktober von ca. 9.30 bis 19 Uhr schön besonnt. Wir konnten das Auto vor der Überbauung gratis parken, es gibt keinen reservierten PP, jedoch ist immer mal wieder einer frei.
Die Fensterverglasung war dünn und der Strassenlärm war teilweise in der Nacht gut zu hören.
