E’ stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Un mini alloggio nuovo e pulito nella prima collina di Nizza, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità con vista mare! Impagabile il salottino-veranda con la vasca Idro massaggio che ti permette di guardare il panorama. Al mattino ti trovi un vassoio ricco per una colazione sia dolce che salata. Macchinette per il caffè, the, microonde ed erogatore di acqua. Frigo bar. La signora Silvana con il marito Jean Pierre sono molto disponibili, cordiali e discreti. Sembra di stare in famiglia. Consigliatissimo!!!

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et bienveillant
Petit déjeuner varié, copieux, avec de très bons produits
Petit jardinet privatif, extrêmement calme; avec une belle vue sur la pinède et la rade de Nice au loin
Très beau jacuzzi
Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif, IL N'Y A PAS DE PISCINE
La piscine est 'côté propriétaire' et n'est pas accessible, sauf dérogation. Mais quand nous somme arrivés, la piscine était sale (pleine de feuilles), et l'environnement n'était pas très accueillant (plage avec carrelage très endommagé, pas d'aménagement)
La location n'était pas très propre : une dizaine de mouches mortes dans le jaccuzzi, le ménage reste sommaire, la terrasse était souillée par le chien. Un raffraichissement (petits travaux d'entretien) serait le bienvenu
La location était légèrement endommagée suite à un petit affaissement de terrain. L'intimité n'était pas assurée (absence de la porte-fenêtre)
Conclusion : location agréable, mais de niveau très moyen
