Nice place, needs car

It's an old house with a lovely owner who rents out rooms in it, she's really friendly and cute which I believe is the main reason why the property has been getting high reviews (including mine),I mean who can resist that?! There is a garden and lots of open areas and a terrace to sit and enjoy the view from the top of the mountain which where the property is. The property is lying on the mountain over viewing Nice, so it's in a kind of remote area, not in the city, there is a nice observatory and a small park nearby Suitable if you want some isolation and you have a car, it's a nice area.

To be honest, it was a little difficult for me to stay there without a car, and I can say that it almost ruined my stay in Nice to some extent. 1- There is only one bus (84) that goes to this area and it stops at 6pm, so I had to pay for Uber the whole time which costed me more than a room in the center 2- Even during the day, bus 84 is rarely on schedule, you have to wait and hope for one to pass, so you should leave early if you have an appointment, commitment or a flight. 3- The room itself is quite basic, it has everything you need including utensils but you cannot cook, there is a small microwave you can heat some food in. 4- Bathroom was nice and clean but the drainage needs repair as it overflows (photo attached) 5- Also the shower holder needs repair 6- There is no WiFi in the room, it only works next to the main house where the owner lives, so don't expect to be connected as well 7- Noise from the road right next to the house, but that didn't affect me much, I sleep deep

Friendly owner, worth the visit for a short stay!

The lady and her dog were very friendly. The room & bathroom are fine, for 1 or 2 nights. The apartment was clean. The fridge was a good size and worked well. It is close to Nice & Villefranche-Sur-Mer. I would suggest that you have your own transport, due to distances.

The shower blocks and when using the bathroom sink the water bubbles up in the shower. The top sheet on the bed was scratchy. Fortunately, I did have a sheet of my own, so it was okay. It would be nice if they had a cloth to dry the dishes with & one to wipe the counter tops. There is no single stove top to cook on, only a microwave.

Magical view

Tiny room but a beautiful view from the garden. The host was a wonderful little old lady and her dog Lilah. 🐕 Took me for an amazing walk with a view I will never forget. Just magical. Bus stops right outside the property. I little room and a little off the beaten track but perfect if you like that sort of thing. Close enough to Eze by bus.

No air con. I couldn't get the wifi but that might just be me.

Overnight stay

The host was a lovely lady, she met me in front of the property when I arrived. Very nice views. It would be difficult to get to without a car, uphill and narrow roads in the mountains. Definitely good idea to take food/coffee etc cos there's nothing around. Small fridge and hot water kettle available.

The host has made arrangements to make the guests feel this property like home. She has provided all room / bathroom amenities and also facilities to prepare tea/coffee & few Biscuits. Lack of AC in the room is passable considering all other.

Unable to contact host on arrival via app message, email or phone. No instructions on arrival or departure. Felt that the property inside and out was run down and in need of attention.

House is on a hill near Nice, overall quiet even though next to a road with low traffic.

Bathroom not heated (fortunately there's a portable heater), and I did not get the Wi-Fi to work.

Petit studio excellent rapport qualité prix

Petit studio propre et indépendant avec parking gratuit à l’intérieur d’une propriété privée située à proximité de Nice. L’accueil sympathique de la propriétaire et le tarif sont de ce séjour une bonne expérience.

Manque des couverts et 1 verre pour pouvoir au moins manger un bout et boire.

Villefranche-sur-Mer - Sonne & Meer

Tolle Lage über Villefranche-sur-Mer mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Fährt man zum nahegelegenen Plateau Saint-Michel hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Côte d’Azur und das Mittelmeer. Die Ferienwohnung im Doppelhaus hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit anliegender offener Küche. Duschbad und Toilette sind klein, aber ausreichend. Es gibt einen kleinen Sitzbereich im Freien im Garten mit Aussicht und einen überdachten gemeinschaftlichen Sitzbereich, ebenfalls unten.

• Der Parkplatz am Haus ist recht klein für mehrere Autos, aber das war unproblematisch. • Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas Erneuerung vertragen. • Der Toilettengeruch war etwas unangenehm. • Die Internetverbindung (mobile Daten) war eher schlecht. WLAN ging garnicht, obwohl es sollte. • Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war nur bedingt bequem.

Lieu en hauteur. Vous avez une très belle vue sur Nice et la mer.

Le micro-onde ne marchait pas. Un séchoir mais sans lave-linge. Pas de clim ni de ventilateur alors qu’on est en été (impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des moustiques).

Surpenant et agréable

Cet endroit, quand on le trouve, ce qui n'est pas si facile la nuit, est quand même bien situé avec une vue en hauteur, il est pittoresque et il y a du matériel comme un frigo, intéressant quand on est en itinérance. Les instructions étaient bonnes et la propriétaire flexible. J'y retournerais volontiers.

Rien de spécial car tout est bien prévu avec un parking plutôt sécurisant.

Bien pour une halte mais pas pour y séjourner.

Correspond aux photos et à la description. Bonne situation, espace et lits confortables. Toilettes propres et eau chaude. Hôte sympathique. Très dommage car il y a un réel potentiel.

Prévoyez un budget restaurant car cuisine inutilisable. Juste bon pour un petit déjeuner. Fonctionnent : micro-onde, frigo et grille pain. Reste HS, vaisselle et batterie de cuisine d'un autre temps et le tout d'une propreté douteuse. Maison pas isolée (bruits, froid).

Le logement est un peu vieillot - la plaque gaz ne fonctionne pas très bien - les ustensiles de cuisine sont de bric broc....

Une arnaque dangereuse pour la santé pour prendre l'argent aux touristes.

Absolument rien, nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits, nous sommes restés qu'une nuit, cet établissement ne devrait plus être dans vos offres de location. c'est lamentable et dangereux. Nous n'avons pas vue la propriétaire, les clés était sur la porte. pas de wifi ni de lave linge comme indiqué.

Le logement est complètement délabré, la literie doit datée de 1950, nous n'avons pas put dormir, tout ce qu'on touche on reste coller, plus de poignés aux portes, sans parler des câbles électrique qui trainent partout, des prises scotchées, et la vermine qui cour au sol. D'une saleté repoussante, aucune hygiène, Même le détecteur de fumé a été enlevé, Mais le pire c'est la cuisine, ont ne peut pas s'assoir sur les chaises sans risquer de se retrouver par terre. Casseroles en téfal dont le revêtement part en miettes. écoeurant , à proscrire, DANGEREUX
