Loft - centre historique

Upea pieni asunto täydellisellä sijainnilla.

Kylpyhuoneen suihkun viemäri oli vähän tukossa ja kylpyhuoneessa oli vähän hometta.

Lovely property located close to station, shopping and beach!

Location of property 10/10

The location is the standout. Fantastic location only a short distance from the coast and especially for the price.

The bathroom was awful. There was a permanent stale stench coming from it and it was poorly designed, so that if you had the shower with water pressure more than a low flow it would overflow and there was no drain so you’d have to mop up a flooded bathroom with one of the small hand towels. There was an aircon unit which WOULD be sufficient to cool down the space, but it needs regassing so was blowing air but not cold. Because it was so hot, we slept on the pull out bed downstairs which was thin and small, but passable. The one in the loft would have been much better but it was too hot up there. The only ventilation (and natural light) is from the small window at the front or having the front door open, which we would do most days morning and evening to try and get some cool air inside and air out the bathroom smell. The rest of the unit was nice enough, clean but a little run down. To be honest I would have rated this a 7 or maybe even an 8 if it weren’t for the bathroom and aircon. If you’re staying in cooler months then the aircon won’t be a problem. But the bathroom I couldn’t deal with. The place has been so damp that the power points have fallen into the wall crevice behind the fridge, because the dry wall has just turned to mush, so I can see why the dehumidifier needs emptying twice a day
