Penny's townhouse was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in we felt very at home. The kitchen had everything we needed and was fully equipped. Just a short walk to the shops to grab any bits! The rooms were a great size and my son loved having his own bathroom. Would stay again without hesitation
The upstairs neighbours were very heavy footed and loud. Whilst this isn't a reflection on the space we stayed in (hence the 10/10 review) I could see how it might bother certain demographics.

Beautiful apartment spotlessly clean. The host was so kind and welcoming. The attention to detail is amazing everything is thought of in this apartment. Location is great. We will definitely want to stay here again if we come to Ilfracombe

My sister and I stayed with my 1 year old daughter. Perfect for our group. All on one level with modern facilities and well equips kitchen. Penny kindly provided a cot and highchair and even baby towels! Great location for walking into town/waterfront.
Genuinely nothing - we will be back I’m sure!
