The Space:
A luxurious open plan reception room with large, new, high quality sofa bed, TV, Fast WiFi and a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave.
Guest Access:
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of the whole house and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Served with fantastic local amenities including a Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer's Supermarket only a few minutes walk away (part of the station concourse). Cafes and restaurants also abound.
Getting Around:
Many buses stop just 2 minutes away at Cambridge Station. These buses go over all Cambridge and to the centre in roughly 5 minutes. Cambridge City Centre is an approximate 15 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind. And if you are a group of friends we respectfully ask you to contact us beforehand stating your general age and the purpose of your trip.

Location IS literally 2 mins from the train station. We stayed as a family of 4 (kids on sofa bed) and although small was perfect for us. We were able to walk everywhere and buy some groceries making mornings so easy. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was there was no hot water at night in the shower. Other than that our stay was wonderful!
